Head Coach Daniel Pazio has over 30 years of player and rugby leadership experience. Originally from England, Dan began his career at age 6 playing for Letchworth RFC, later spent time with Whitchurch RFC and finally London Irish RFC before moving to the USA and joining WPRFC in 1996 as a player. His knowledge and dedication to improving the team’s skills, technical understanding and fitness has become the driving force behind the club's recent achievements.
Assistant Coach and Team Manager Carlos Blanco, a former Old Blue Rugby Club player and Argentine National Team player with 50 year's of Rugby experience, specializes in young player development. Coach Blanco assists Coach Pazio with game and training management. Coach Blanco focuses on improving younger players’ overall knowledge of the game and the skill sets required to support a player’s desire to graduate to a higher level of play.
